"Boardroom TikTok" is an internal business tool that accesses TikTok's official developer APIs to obtain advertising and commercial-content data for our own product and market research. It is not offered as a service to the public.
We use the TikTok APIs strictly in accordance with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service, Platform policies, and applicable rate limits. We do not use the application to scrape personal data, to contact individuals, or for any unlawful purpose.
All data accessed via TikTok's APIs remains subject to the rights of TikTok and the respective content owners. We claim no ownership over such data and use it only as permitted.
The application is operated on an "as is" basis for our internal use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thicket Goods shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the operation of this application.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
